CSSC offers a range of residential options, including homes and apartments, across Cecil county and throughout Maryland, enabling those we serve to actively participate in community life and embrace their independence to the fullest extent possible.

Through our Community Development Services (CDS), we deliver personalized support programs designed to engage participants in inclusive community environments. Our services focus on honing existing skills and cultivating new ones aligned with each individual's unique goals and aspirations.
